Our history

Our paths came across in 1999, after 6 years of training at the highly regarded Touquet School of we both graduated in a culinary arts and waitressing BTS (an Advanced French vocational diploma). From this moment on, we have advanced together in our business.

Strengthened with French and international working experience, we started our enterprise in France in Valmont buying Le Bec au Cauchois, both a hotel and a restaurant, in 2007.

We have been awarded many distinctions since then: the Michelin's Bib gourmand in 2008 in the Michelin restaurant guide, the first point in the Champérard guide, then a first star in the Bottin Gournmand in 2009, a nomination to the 2010 Young talents and two chief's hats in the Gault Millau.
